Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps on your PC or Mac

Before you begin
Before you begin, make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements.
The steps in this article assume you have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. If you see a message to contact your IT administrator, it probably means you don't have a subscription. Expand the following Learn more section for more info.

If you are a Drexel student, you can purchase a discounted subscription from the OnTheHub web store, accessible through DrexelOne.
If you are a Westphal faculty, professional staff, or adjunct faculty member, contact Westphal IT and ask to have a subscription assigned to you.
Note: Subscriptions for Westphal adjunct faculty members are available on a term-by-term basis if you are instructing a Westphal course during the current term.
If you are a Drexel faculty or professional staff member outside of Westphal College, complete our Adobe Creative Cloud request form (sign-in required) to purchase a subscription.
Sign in to download and install Creative Cloud apps
- Go to creativecloud.adobe.com, and select Sign in.
- Enter your Drexel email address, it looks like abc123@drexel.edu, and then select Continue.
- Select Company or school account.
- You'll be redirected to Drexel Connect. Sign in with your Drexel account and verify your sign-in with multifactor authentication.
- If prompted with the Kivuto OnTheHub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, review the agreements; select the check boxes to agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then select Continue.
Note: If you're already signed in to creativecloud.adobe.com with a personal account, you'll need to sign out of that and then sign in again with your Drexel account.
Download and install your Creative Cloud desktop apps
- From the Creative Cloud home page select Apps.
- Select Download or Install for the app you want to install, to start the download. The Creative Cloud desktop app installs automatically with your first app.
- If you don't see a download or install option on the Apps page, it probably means you don't have a subscription.
- If you are a Westphal faculty, professional staff, or adjunct faculty member, contact the Westphal IT team and ask to have one assigned to you.
- If you are a Drexel faculty or professional staff member outside of Westphal College, complete our Adobe Creative Cloud request form (sign-in required) to purchase a subscription.
- If you are a Drexel student, you can purchase a discounted subscription from the OnTheHub web store, accessible through DrexelOne.
- Once the download has completed, double-click the downloaded installer.
- Follow the prompts to complete your installation.

Tip: To install more apps, click Install for the app in the Creative Cloud desktop app or from creativecloud.adobe.com/apps.
